In the hotel restaurant "Zur Remise" or in the castle tavern on the ground floor, the hotel guest is being served in cozy atmosphere. Typical culinary tidbits from Franconia as well as own-hunted deer delicacies are offered as cuisines and from the wine cellar. The restaurant "Zur Remise" and the castle tavern each offer space for about 20 people and are suitable for small family celebrations. During the month of February the restaurant is closed.

The Franconian hall on the 1st floor offers space for up to about 40 people for festival events or meetings. The varlet room next door can be used to set up a buffet or as a dance floor for celebrations such as weddings, birthday parties, company festivals, anniversaries or jubilees.

It offers space for parties up to about 120 people, or, if the buffet is set up in the fireplace room (foyer, hall), for about 130 people. The knight's hall is also suitable for bigger celebrations and events. Besides this, it also offers the special atmosphere for rustical knight's meals and medieval feasts.
